Place
bread slices in a buttered 9x13” casserole dish- overlapping. Mix
remaining ingredients, and pour over bread, and cover, sit
overnight. Next day, preheat oven to 350° F. Then make topping, as
below:

Sprinkle
topping over the casserole, and bake 40 minutes.
