Pancakes
5 c. Flour
1 1/2 T. Baking Powder
1 T. Baking Soda
1 1/2 t. Salt
4 c. Buttermilk
3 Eggs
Mix dry ingredients then add the wet
ones. Stir as little as possible as it will make them less fluffy.
Cook on medium heat. Serve fresh with whatever toppings you desire.
